Contribution rules Contributions to Scott Wiener for State Senate 2016 are not tax deductible. Each individual, labor union, corporation, other business entity, and general PAC may contribute up to $4,200 for the general election. Contributions from affiliated entities and their controlling persons are aggregated for purposes of the limits. We may not accept cash, cashier’s checks, or money orders in excess of $99. Contributions made in another’s name, from foreign nationals (non-green card holders), state lobbyists, or minors under the age of 18 are prohibited.
